David Greenberg

A native of the greater New Orleans area, David Greenberg has practiced law in southeast Louisiana since 1981. He has tried a diverse range of bench and jury trials to verdict. Mr. Greenberg’s range of experience includes handling of personal injury, maritime personal injury, and business disputes in both state and federal court.  He has obtained a multimillion dollar judgment for a client in a serious injury case in federal court and has obtained a large number of judgments and settlements for seriously injured parties and the heirs of those wrongfully killed due to the negligence of others.

A large part of Mr. Greenberg’s practice includes the handling of the full range of family law and community property matters.  He has tried and mediated cases of this sort before judges and hearing officer’s throughout southeast Louisiana.

Since 2009, Mr. Greenberg has served as an adjunct professor at the Tulane University Law School teaching trial skills in the Trial Advocacy Program.  Mr. Greenberg lives in New Orleans, Louisiana.  He and his wife, Lauren, have three children, Michael, Ryan and Molly.
